… that construction work has started on completing the skeleton? Ebenal Construction has bought the bones and will transform it into apartments and street-level shops. For over 25 years, this unfinished steel structure has been an eyesore. Now it will be finished and fit nicely next door to Sycamore Square on Harris Ave. Oh yes, we’ll bring you more photos as this gets under way. |
