It is sad to report that Tim Imus, son of Ken and Barbara Imus, died last night.  Tim owned buildings on Harris and McKenzie in Fairhaven and has managed them for many years.  He was very well liked by the business owners in Fairhaven who knew him.  He served on the Old Fairhaven Association Board of Directors for several years.  Tim was 56 years old.  He grew up in California and worked there for many years there before moving to Fairhaven in 2000.  Tim worked with his brother Brad and father Ken on the revitalization of Fairhaven.  He was easy to meet and enjoyable to be around.  I will miss him and he will be missed in Fairhaven.

In lieu of flowers, his family requests memorials be made to Hospice House, 800 E. Chestnut St. Suite 1A, Bellingham, WA 98225, website Whatcom Hospice.  A celebration of Tim’s life will be announced at a later date.  You may view photos of Tim and share memories with the family at http://www.westfordfuneralhome.com
