The Young and Waldron Buildings - almost ready.<< Back to archives | Sunday, October 7, 2007)
The Young Building on the corner of 11th and McKenzie was getting awnings installed over some windows on Friday. It is a brand new building with historic motiffs. This is the seventh very high quality building by Ebenal Development in our historic district in the last five years. Behind and to the right in the photo is the Waldron building - included in the count of seven buildings - which has been completely renovated by Ebenal and is also almost ready to open. This photo was taken on Friday, with the beautiful sunshine and blue skys. We expect McKenzie Avenue to be reopened any day now and provide us with more valuable parking spaces.
