Building a snowman on the Village Green behind Village Books.  All is well in Fairhaven.  Shops and restaurants are open.  And the historic district is alive on this sunny day.  We had a few inches of snow fall overnight - and it transformed our little historic district.  We thank Ray Dunn, who lives in one of the condos in Fairhaven, for these photos.

We remind you that on this coming Friday and Saturday evenings will be the 20th annual Holiday Walk About with most of the shops open till 9 pm.  Click on the events to learn more.

A view from the commercial district up to the South Hill neighborhood homes.  The top large home is commonly called Wardner’s Castle, built by Jim Wardner in 1890.
