As we post these, the Gallery Walk is ongoing in Fairhaven. The two gals above are discovering Andrea’s fine Alderflower drink from Sweden, which she sells at Northland Specialties. The Annual Walk-a-Bout is held each June on the Friday closest to June 20. This year was cloudy and chilly, with a smaller number of folks visiting the galleries and shops. Those who came had a great time, of course.
The Fairhaven Ladies of the Evening Society was trotting around the Historic District streets this evening. They were being led by town criers from Anacortes and La Conner who were visiting us. We caught them after exiting from Dirty Dan Harris Restaurant.
Meanwhile, Chuck Robinson of Village Books keeps his cases of the new Harry Potter books in a secure area. Over 1000 books here. They will be released to customers at midnight.
