Shuckin & jivin on the Village Green as the crew gets ready for the Salmon Barbeque on Saturday. The serving starts at 1:30 pm and goes till 4:40 pm. Way back in the late 70s and early 80s there was a salmon bbq in September and was the yearly party for Fairhaven. Back then it was held in the field which is now the Green. This is a bit of a return to that fun festival. Yes, there will be live music. Maybe we will again capture that light spirited fun of those days. Come down and join us and help make it happen. |
