Salmon BBQ features Wild King Salmon

Serving till on the Village Green were full salmon dinners - BBQed King Salmon with all the trimmings.  Here we see Tasha slicing the salmon into serving sizes and chef Alex tending the grill while Rich Bulman has a serving platter filled. The dinners were $15 and included salmon, corn on the cob, coleslaw, bun, beverage and dessert. 

We want to thank Vis Seafoods for the salmon, Skylark’s Restaurant for the coleslaw, Avenue Bread for the rolls, Joe’s Gardens for the corn on the cob, Katie’s Cupcakes for cupcake desserts, and and Papa’s Sweets and Shangri-La Tea Company for the iced tea.  We also thank all the volunteers who helped make this day.
