Rain cancels Saturday events

At 2 pm, the rain, was intense enough that the committee cancelled the rest of Saturday’s events. The antique dealers were brave souls and hung in there for 2 hours of rain until the committee decided the sound system needed to be turned off for safety reasons.

Several events were rescheduled for Sunday, including the Piano Race and the Dirty Dan Look-a-Like contest.

The weather prediction is for the rain to stop this evening and for Sunday to be sunny and warm.
