Sunday at Dirty Dan Days Seafood Festival - by photographer Mark Turner, with the above medley of over 100 photos focused on the Chuckanut Chowder Cookoff and the Piano Race.  Mark Turner shows all the fun on the Village Green this afternoon and all to the music of the Gallus Brothers.  They played all afternoon and then for a requested encore.  The young ones were dancing.  The chowder was superb.  The piano race was hilarious.  Our thanks to Doug, Stephanie, Wendy and those who volunteered to make the day a success.

Enjoy this photographic review of Saturday’s ‘Dirty Dan Days Seafood Festival’.  Yes, that music is from ‘The Gallus Brothers’ who played on Saturday.  Catch the shots of the salmon throw, cupcake eating contest, Dirty Dan look-a-like contest, and more.  It runs just 3:42 minutes:seconds and has about 150 photos.

We invite you to the Village Green in Historic Fairhaven for Sunday’s Chuckanut Chowder Cookoff from 2 to 4 pm and the Piano Race at 4:15 pm.  Taste up to 18 great chowders from Northwest restaurants all competing for either the people’s or judges’ choice awards.

Thanks to Fairhaven portrait photographer Mark Turner for these two fun photographic shows.  Check out his website for samples of his fine professional photography at http://www.turnerphotographics.com
