Great Music on the Green

Pearl Django gave a great concert this evening. They call it gypsy jazz and world music and bluegrass. It was magic. The Village Green was packed. Each summer, the Bellingham Festival of Music sponsors a concert in Fairhaven. We thank them. They have several concerts scheduled over the next week in and near Bellingham. Looking down on the Village Green at this evening’s concert. The clear glass roofs of the pergola are hardly noticed when we are under them. Yes, that is Pearl Django on the stage. Our Village Green is just a first class venue. Thanks to Brian and John and our Parks Department for this inspired city park.
