Here are some photos of the fun in Fairhaven this past weekend as the Fairhaven Holiday Festival Opening days.  Above is Good Earth Pottery with its works representing more than 50 local artists.

The lights floating in the big tree behind Don White’s Skylark’s Cafe.  Don puts special effort into that tree each year - and wows us every time.  Walk up the cobblestone way to fully enjoy.

Jody Finnegan’s 12th Street Shoes always has sharp seasonal windows.

The Grinch is at Village Books most all day every Saturday and Sunday until Christmas.  Tim takes the photos - and they can be used for Holiday Cards or just family memories.

Paws Awhile is a gift shop that benefits the Whatcom Humane Society.  The gifts are for people, not pets, and they have a great selection for Christmas.

Magdalena’s Creperie on 10th Street had an eclectic and enjoyable photography exhibit by Marguerite Crooks and Kate Vredevoogd.  It may still be there.

Bellingham High School carolers were on the sidewalks on Saturday adding to the holiday cheer.

The Fairhaven Village Inn is hosting the horse drawn wagon rides through the historic streets each Saturday through Dec 24 from noon to 3 pm.  Free - and the kids love it.

We didn’t forget Santa.  Here he is in the gazebo at Harris and 10th.  He will also be at the Fairhaven Village Inn - seen in the photo down at the end of the block - every Saturday from noon to 3 pm until Christmas.

At New Location - 1307 11th
