Festival continues today, Sunday

With clear skies this morning, today promises to be a perfect day on the Village Green. Live music starts at noon and the Chuckanut Chowder Cookoff goes from 2 pm to 4 pm. A record 19 restaurants have entered. A $10 ticket entitles you to a taste of each - or as many as you want - and a bowl of the one you judge to be the best. All types of chowders will be entered. Start at 2 pm to guarantee you taste as many as you want. Great tastes.

At 4:15 pm is the piano race - and you have to see it to believe it. Great fun.
