The Bellingham Herald photographer is up in the cherry picker taking this photo of KGMI radio personalities Brett Bonner and Debbie Schuitema presenting a $1,700 check from money they raised on the air for new street banners. It was an unusually cold and rainy day. The opposite photo should appear in Friday’s Bellingham Herald.
