Dancing music every Sunday evening

You can tell it was a very warm afternoon - as the audience is clustered on the shady side of the Village Green.  Normally we in the Pacific Northwest love sitting in the sun.  Today was the first in a series of Sunday evening music sessions.  Not concerts - but dancing music.  And if you look closely, you can see Jamie on the grass teaching some young ones how to hula hoop to the music. 

Linda Fox, who helped start contra dancing years ago in Bellingham, is the person and energy behind this.  You can check the Events page to learn what group will perform each Sunday from 5 to 7 pm.  She is putting these on as free to the public.  We thank you, Linda.
