Rick Brugger plays his steel drums while the End of Summer Clearance Sale by Fairhaven merchants takes place on the Village Green. The melodic sounds of his drums drifted down our historic streets. Rick is local and often plays for events. The sale featured different Fairhaven merchants and is one of two annual clearance sales, the other being on the 4th of July weekend. |
