Bowler Hat Society members give a toast to Fairhaven’s newest restaurant, the Book Fare on the top floor of Village Books. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the eatery provides a beautiful view of Bellingham Bay and the Village Green from virtually every table. Also a great place for a quiet coffee. Check it out.
