Dale McKinnon takes in the view at Shipyard Coffee, her new bayside coffee shop beside the Fairhaven boat launch at the bottom of Harris Ave. The outdoor seating area with the best view in town is open Tues 12:30-6:30, and Wed-Sun 9-1 & 3-6.  Hours may expand as the summer gets busier. The cafe, which features iced and hot drinks and some great munchies, is dog friendly and available for rental by parties up to 15 in the evenings.  Call 303-3710 or boaters may use Marine VHF channel 68 to call in orders.  - Photo by Taimi Gorman.
