40th Annual Chuckanut Foot Race Start<< Back to archives | Saturday, July 7, 2007)
The oldest foot race in Washington State is shown near the start as the hundreds of runners pound up 4th Street at the start this morning. At 9 am, Steve Roguski of Fairhaven Runners, fired the starting gun and they were off on the 7 mile run to Larrabee State Park. The race follows the Interurban Trail along the very scenic Chuckanut Mountain ridges. Race results will be posted later today on a special page at the Fairhaven Runners website. There may also be some photos posted later. |
