Village Books Readings Gallery: REFLECTIONS
Visit Village Books' Readings Gallery for their exhibit: Reflections. Winter season and the end of the year offer a time for reflection, for giving and thanksgiving, for contemplation of peace-making, prayers, and for resolution. One tradition to that has evolved around resolutions is to write them down, as a reminder of intent, on paper flags and post them for the wind to read. Village Books has created a string of paper flags in the Readings Gallery and invites everyone to join in writing personal messages to add to the flags (blank paper flags provided).

This art show is just one of the many happenings through Village Books, including a variety of monthly book group discussions and author visits. For information on all Village Books and Literature Live events--for kids and adults--visit the store at 1200 11th Street or at VillageBooks.com.
