Our Holiday TV ad is a 30 seconds and playing during December in Whatcom, Skagit and Island counties. Produced by Chris Koser of Hand Crank Films.

Our holiday radio ad is playing on KAFE & KGMI radio at select drive times during November and December. It is a full minute ad - and actually has three versions - all quite similar but varying over the 5 weeks. Jim Rich, aka Dirty Dan, is the voice of Dan. These are .mp3 files that should play on most browsers.

November 2006 | A new holiday radio ad is playing on KAFE radio at select drive times during November and December. It is a full minute ad that was crafted by Ed Wilson, a consultant contracted by our Marketing Committee. You can listen to it here. This is an MP3 file and should play on most browsers.

Also, a poster has been created for this 2006 holiday shopping season.


The above 11 by 17 inch poster will be distributed to merchants at a reception in early December. For a small version now, you can download a pdf file and print it on your personal computer. It prints on a normal letter size paper. Connie Shannon, Chair of the Marketing Committee, and her committee members have just unveiled these. The poster was also created by Ed Wilson. The announcement on the reception will be sent out next week to all Fairhaven Association members.

2004 Summer ads

The Fairhaven Association ran this TV ad in the Seattle and Bellevue areas via Comcast Cable the 2004 summer - as had been done the 2003 summer. The 30 second ad was effective, with many folks visiting Fairhaven and mentioning the ad as the reason for their trip here. Plus hits to this website went up - and visitors also mentioned this website as being helpful in planning their visit.

Oh, and check out that relaxed seagull - he is live the entire ad - turning at times to check the photos.
