on our Leasing & Real Estate page, many are not aware that Ebenal has a website with current information on their construction projects and plans for projects in Fairhaven. Here are a few direct links:

Fairhaven Gardens - to start in June.
Fairhaven Heights - to start this summer.
Waldron Building - to start next fall - hopefully.
Village Books - building now. Complete in October.
Pythias Building - in early planning stage now.

This spring has seen many new plans for Fairhaven, and with that come many questions from people who love Fairhaven. Ebenal is trying to post full information on their projects at their website. By posting these direct links, we are trying to help everyone to know the facts and be able to follow the unfolding changes. I will be adding these links to their Leasing page listing.
