Our city maintenance crews are supposed to take care of the street rights of way and plantings on the curb bulges. But they are not. Weeds have grown wildly. We just happened on Ken with his weed eater trying to keep his Fairhaven looking nice. Ken is pushing 80. Anyone at city hall reading this?
