Waldron building rather exposed

Roof off and back wall being taken apart, the Waldron building is quite the site. Ebenal Development is inserting a steel skeleton inside the 114 year old building and is renovating the building completely. The plan is for six residential condos on the three top floors, with commercial businesses on the first floor. The schedule is for all to be complete a year from now. We will keep you posted.
