for the new Village Books building ground breaking - from September to October. Just normal final arrangement stuff. Whidbey Island Bank will open its Fairhaven branch on Monday, Sep 9. It will be in the Zylstra building at 1128 Finnegan Way. It will be a full-service bank. |
