It does not happen often - so I thought it worth noting that Tim Imus has a retail space on historic Harris Avenue that will be available in January. For those who have wondered about opening up a retail shop here, this is about 2,000 square feet - and Tim is showing his desired monthly lease right on his web page for you to see.
