for the Coppa Bistro. It officially opens tomorrow, Sunday, at 5 pm. Restaurant manager Diana and her staff will be ready for us. Several of us Fairhaven business types plan to dine tomorrow and welcome this newest business in appropriate Fairhaven style. The Coppa’s hours are 5 pm ‘til midnight every night. With the Coppa opening, Fairhaven now has 14 restaurants offering full evening dining. As Taimi Gorman has pointed out in her Dining Guide to Fairhaven, we are now the restaurant district for Bellingham, with a greater concentration of eateries within 3 blocks of one another than any place north of Seattle. |
