New restaurant to open end of July

The A&W Asian Bistro will open in the new Fairhaven Gardens building at Mill and 12th late in July. Jimmy Mui, one of three owners and the chief cook, said the menu will feature several countries’ foods, including Thailand, China, Vietnam and Japan. A beautiful 20 foot long Sushi bar is being built. Fairhaven’s has been without an Asian restaurant for several years. The A&W Asian Bistro will further enhance our reputation as THE dining district for Bellingham and even North Puget Sound. Welcome to Fairhaven, Jimmy.
