next to Skylarks Hidden Cafe. It will be just two stories, with retail on the ground floor and offices above. It will be completed by late summer. Today’s Herald reports that the new Eclipse Books building up the hill on 11th has won the Mayor’s Arts Award for architecture. Congrats to Dave Carlson, who pushed through his innovative design. And check out the front page of the Herald today for a great piece on the completion of the the old steel skeleton, soon the be the Fairhaven Square building. Dave Ebenal has his crew working hard to complete this before the holidays. |
