He has rented out two of his prime retail spaces.

At 1306 11th, an antiques shop will open in mid-January named Twilight, according to owner Susan Bayer. Unlike the shop that was there, she will be open daily for retail business.

At 1005 Harris - next to Rebecca’s Flowers, will be a unique cooking-oriented shop. Garlic will be a theme.

And, as announced below on Oct 11, Mannino’s restaurant will soon open at 1007 Harris, where the doggie diner was. In fact, renovation work is going on now.
