The brick work is first rate. But the stone framing around the windows is superb. Just beautiful. This will be a very attractive building, and we thank Ebenal General for putting such effort into this building in Fairhaven.

It will start opening with shops in mid-September and be fully ready by the holiday season. There are seven retail spaces - four on 11th and three on 12th - and all condos on the upper floors. There are still a couple condos and retail spaces available.
