Harris Square is almost ready for occupation.

The three-building complex has 88 residential and 15 commercial condominiums. This view was taken at sunset and looks down Harris Avenue. Troy Muljat, who helped develop the project with Andre Molnar, will himself have an office in the building in one of the commercial units.

Residents will start moving in the first week of September, and some commercial may be in before that. Sidwalks are in, construction fences are down, the exterior is finished and we are about to accept this into Fairhaven as part of our community. Congrats to Troy and Andre.
