Flat’s Tapas in Fairhaven was mentioned in the August 30th online article in Fortune Magazine for its use of local foods as part of a story on Sustainable Connections.

Mentioned was the flatbread with all-local smoked salmon, caramelized apple, gouda cheese and hazelnuts. The magazine lauded Whatcom County for supporting local businesses.
