The traditional concrete window frames add a fine veneer of class to the new condo building at Mill Ave and 11th. Ebenal General expects that residents will start moving in early this fall.

One tenant we can tell you of is Avenue Bread, who will open their second shop on the 11th Street level. Rumors abound of other commercial tenants. We will post them here as they are confirmed. A total of seven commercial spaces will serve the public. The building also has two underground floors of parking for building tenants.
