Fairhaven Bikes plans to break ground

for their new building in early July. It will be located across the street from their present shop on 11th.

Although the location is not strictly in the historic district, owner John Hauter is going with the motif on his own. The ground floor will be bike shop and the second floor will be office space. Yes, there is a killer view of the bay and islands out the back. That is the Eclipse Books building on the uphill side.
