Expect construction to start any day on the Fairhaven Market.

A new main entrance will be constructed and other improvements made to the store front. It will also get a paint job to help it fit with the historic brick colors of the district.

Construction is about to accelerate on the old steel skeleton at Harris and 13th. Ebenal hopes to complete the building by November, with 23 apartments and several retail spaces. There will even be inside parking for tenant autos.
