is making a strong move into Historic Fairhaven. The completion of the old “skeleton” at 13th and Harris is his project.

Now he has bought the little white house and property at 13th and Mill and will start a building there this summer. Dave says it will probably be a combination retail and apartments, but it is still being designed. Commercial zoning extends to half way between 13th and 14th Streets.
