for the entire block bounded by Harris, 10th, McKenzie and 9th will be held Wed, Oct 1, 7 pm at the Village Inn. I assume the downstairs meeting room. It will be chaired by Fred Wagner, the architect for the complex. There will then be a Bellingham Planning Commission meeting for this on Thursday, Oct 9, 7 pm at the City Council chambers in City Hall.
