posted today on the home page. The building will be finished by October. The upper space is 3,480 sq ft of office space. David Moody of Fairhaven Realty is the leasing agent. His ad is to the right on this page. Although the building is not technically in the historic district, you can see that owner John Hauter is going 100% with the historic motif.

The building might also have a basement retail space facing the 10th Ave trail. This could be the beginning of something new for Fairhaven.
