Diane Phillips runs a traditional barbershop with a cozy ambience. She offers all contemporary styles of cuts for guys and gals and takes appointments or walk-ins. Easy to spot on Harris Ave with the old fashioned barber pole. Jacqueline and Andrew are the other two barbers.
