Flats offers exotic small plates that can be a snack, a lunch or a dinner. They are tasty small portions of European foods with an assortment of delicious ingredients, including seafoods and meats. All are created from scratch in their kitchen - as are all the deserts. You can choose from over 100 wines with a full range of prices and with special attention to Spanish wines. Our newest restaurant with evening dining. Kristine and Lance have very strong resumes of restaurant experience and bring it all to us in Fairhaven. This is the location of the former Mannino's restaurant right next to the Village Green. They have two excellent chefs in Chad Clark and Chris Stift, whose names many local diners will recognize. The menu changes seasonally and the owners work closely with local suppliers. In summary, they foster a relaxed but elegant atmosphere.
