About Me: Danielle Cook
In 2006, I graduated from The Euro Institute of Skin Care in Renton, as a licensed Esthetician. After graduating I came back to Bellingham, which is my home town, because I absolutely love it here. I enjoyed honing my skills at Escape Day Spa, both the Lakeway and the Blaine locations, and also Zazen Salon Spa on Bellwether way. In 2008, I had the opportunity to open up my own waxing business in my mom’s hair salon, HAIR by Wendy. I love what I do, and am enjoying growing my business here in beautiful historic Fairhaven. I have had such positive feedback from my clients, and would love working with you as well.

I am so happy that I’ve brought something new to Bellingham. I’ve been able to meet such an amazing group of people, in a fun boutique shop in Fairhaven. The only two services I offer are Body Waxing and Lash & Brow Tinting. I’ve been specializing in this since 2008.
I have chosen only quality products to use during my services as well as my retail products for you to take home. I have thoroughly researched the products that I choose to use during my services and offer as retail, and support them fully. It is important to trust your Esthetician and feel comfortable. From Brow to Bikini waxing, it can be a very intimate moment in which you want someone you feel comfortable giving your trust to.
I have competitive prices and because waxing is all that I do, I am able to provide quick and quality service to you. On top of that, I have a “No Tipping” policy which is my compliment to you for choosing to come see me.
My treatment room is private, but the shop sounds are shared throughout the salon. If you prefer a calmer atmosphere, evenings are usually more quiet.
My services include Facial Waxing - including Brow, Lip, Chin, Sides of Face, Neck; Underarm Waxing; Arm Waxing; Leg Waxing; Bikini Waxing - including Basic, Extended, Brazilian & Sphinx Waxing. I also offer Lash & Brow Tinting, using a natural and vegetable based dye. If there isn’t a service listed on my website, but something you would like done, please feel free to ask!
Hair removing techniques have been used for ages, and have become such a popular demand for both men and women. There are many different techniques that all lead to the same result, such as Threading; Sugaring; Hard & Soft Wax; Laser Hair Removal; and even Tweezing. All these hair removal techniques involve removing the hair by the root which, in time, can stop the hair from growing back. This is the benefit you will get to see with my services.
At my shop, I use a Soft Wax that is wonderfully safe for the most sensitive skin, and yet strong enough for the most stubborn hair. I have researched many different products to use at my shop, and am proud to tell you that what I’ve chosen to use during my services are products that are as organic and natural as possible. Our skin is our largest organ, and is what protects us from environmental substances and toxins - therefore we want to put the most pure ingredients on it and treat it with care.
