Stephanie loves and knows the Fairhaven area and the south side of Bellingham. Business space or residential, she is excellent and has many years of experience. She is currently the President of The Old Fairhaven Association, having served on the board of directors of for years and is one of the organizers of several popular events - including Dirty Dan Days each April.
Steph works for the Keller Williams Western Realty near Samish Way, right next to I-5 exit 252.
Fresh vegetables and fruits grown without pesticides in their extensive gardens has made Joe's a treasure of Bellingham. They are open from early March to mid October each year. You can find their produce in several area grocery stores - but visiting their gardens and buying it as fresh as possible it what makes this business so special.
It is located less than two miles from the Fairhaven Historic District. To find exactly where it is, click the "Map" link at the top.
They also carry flowers and plants for home gardens. In season you can buy starts and seeds for most vegetables that we grow locally. You will find Avenue bread, local honey and several other fine food products. It is a fun place with great service. If you have not yet visited it, then you are in for a treat.
Business // WAX by Danielle // Fairhaven in the Pacific Northwest
Full Body Waxing for ladies, specializing in Brow and Bikini waxing. I also offer Lash and Brow Tinting, using a natural vegetable based dye.
In 2006 I graduated from The Euro Institute in Renton, as a licensed Esthetician. After graduating I came back to Bellingham, which is my home town, because I absolutely love it here. I enjoyed honing my skills at Escape Day Spa, both the Lakeway and the Blaine locations, and also Zazen Salon Spa on Bellwether Way. In 2008, I had the opportunity to open up my own waxing business out of my mom's hair salon, HAIR by Wendy. I love what I do, and am enjoying growing my business here in beautiful historic Fairhaven.
I try to accommodate my clients as much as I can, and am happy to work evenings. Please feel free to call, email or even text me if you'd like to schedule an appointment, or if there are any questions you might have. You can visit my website to view all my services and prices.
My retail products include: Tweezerman, PFB Vanish and Aloe Life Skin Gel. I also offer Dr. R.A. Eckstein skin care products by special orders.

Business // Schooner Zodiac // Fairhaven in the Pacific Northwest
From March through November, the 160 foot long schooner Zodiac sets sail for adventures in the scenic San Juan Islands and beyond. You are invited aboard for day sails, evening sunset sails and several day long trips, including to lower Puget Sound and north to the Canadian Gulf islands and sometimes even further north along the inside passage to Desolation Sound. Check their website for a listing of trips.
Zodiac was launched in 1924 from a harbor in Maine. She has sailed the Atlantic and along the Pacific Coast. For years she was a pilot schooner off San Francisco. For the past 30 some years she has been providing sailing charters in Puget Sound with her base in Seattle. This spring she is transferring her home port to Fairhaven. You can visit and look her over from the Cruise Terminal dock anytime she is not out sailing. Easy to find her with those 127 foot tall masts. She can take 49 people out on a day sail or 26 for overnight sails through the islands.
She has been lovingly restored over the years. The ship is beautiful and it is enjoyable to stroll her deck looking at all the varnished wood and tall masts. She is a treasure and we in Fairhaven are very proud she has found a permanent home here.
Feel free to contact Christine Wallace, first mate and sail master on Zodiac, with any questions you might have about going sailing. You can book a trip with a phone call or an email to Chris.

Business // Fairhaven.com // Fairhaven in the Pacific Northwest
I'm John Servais, the publisher of this website, Fairhaven.com. I first experienced Fairhaven in 1968, came to love the area and have watched it evolve ever since. While this website was started in 1995, it really began growing in April 2002 with financial support from several key Fairhaven businesses. It continues to grow with support from more businesses. And I continue to enjoy my work of promoting our historic district and the businesses here and near here.
The actual business address is PO Box 4234, Bellingham, WA 98227 - as I work from my home just a few blocks from the historic district. There is no office at the 11th St at Harris Ave. location - and that is used so the Google Maps will find the correct location for Fairhaven.
