Your Community Boating Center is a non-profit organization offering classes, individual and group instruction, boat rentals and boat storage for kayaks, sailing dinghies and rowing craft. Rates are AFFORDABLE. Their goal is to support anyone who wants to sail, paddle or row on the Bay.

Members may take of advantage of any programs the center offers. Best of all, anyone can get out on the water without owning, maintaining or storing their own boats. Check their website for membership costs and rental and storage pricing. This wonderful organization has taken over the facilities of the old Fairhaven Boatworks, with the help of founder and owner Tip Johnson.

The complete mountain bike shop - and they introduced Bellingham to mountain bikes. But also they were the first snowboard dealer in Bellingham and they carry skis for cross country and downhill. Larrabee State Park is a 2,683-acre camping park with 8,100 feet of saltwater shoreline on Samish Bay near Bellingham in northwest Washington. The park features two freshwater lakes, coves and tidelands. Sunsets are gorgeous. A variety of non-motorized, multiple-use trails wind through the park.
